Have you ever just sat and thought this is some Bullshit!! Why didn't I know this three years ago, about almost everything right???
I keep going over a lot of things I wish I knew or could have told my younger self.
Also, lets not get too upset with our parents and caretakers maybe they just didn't have anyone teach them or maybe they lack awareness about a lot of things. Some people I have found just are not curious about their surroundings or their life they just dont question much and take everything as it is.
The times that I didn't know much is when the most self-destruction happened and its because at a certain time in most people's life they lack awareness. I feel like most of my late twenties was a nightmare I did so many things I should not have been doing and yet there were so many things I should have been doing to maintain my health and youth. Once again its those things you wish you would have known. One thing is for sure knowledge is powerful and knowing what to do with your knowledge is the golden ticket.
It's the fact of realizing things not when its too late because it honestly is never too late to change its realizing so much time has passed where you focused on the wrong things and put your energy into the wrong things.
Reflecting on your younger years, you realize how vital it is to prioritize health, personal growth, and being open to learning. You wish you had known sooner how these aspects would shape a fulfilling life.
If I had you known their significance sooner, it would have transformed my perspective and choices. Keep this in mind moving forward.
